ATLANTA, GA. — MELT, the Atlanta based Sports and Entertainment Marketing Agency announced today that former Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide Executive Matt Capobianco has joined MELT as Director of Retail Services and Shopper Marketing. In his new role he will oversee numerous national consumer promotions and retail campaigns for many of MELT’s national clients.

During his four-year stint with Leo Burnett/Arc, Capobianco led the account management teams for both The Coca-Cola Company and Sprint Retail accounts. It was on The Coca-Cola account where Capobianco first worked with MELT on various Coca-Cola Zero account projects.

Prior to his Leo Burnett/ Arc stint, Capobianco was an advertising manager for The Home Depot and prior to that he served stints at such leading agencies as JWT Team Detroit; 22 Squared and Zimmerman Advertising. Throughout his career he has worked on large brands including Coca-Cola, Sprint, Ford, and Toyota. He holds an MBA from the University of Mississippi and a BS degree from Florida State University.
