ATLANTA, Ga. —– Atlanta-based integrated marketing firm MELT (Marketing Entertainment Lifestyle and Trends, www.meltatl.com) is proud to announce a corporate relocation, moving into a beautiful, newly constructed space in the 3630 Peachtree Development, a mixed use development at the intersections of Peachtree Road and Wieuca Road, as well at Peachtree Road and Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
Adjacent to the gorgeous, newly constructed Ritz-Carlton Residences project, MELT’s new offices will increase the firm’s square footage by over 50%, a necessity for the agency as they expand their employee roster and client base.
“We’ve outgrown our current space, and this building gives us ample room to expand in Atlanta’s newest, preeminent, state-of-the-art building where we can attract top talent. We’ve designed the space to adequately fit our client services, original content production, and full service creative needs,” said MELT CEO Vince Thompson. “With this move, we’ll truly be able to start the next chapter of our story.”
MELT is relocating to the 34-story Buckhead Tower from 100 Tower Place, a location it has called home since 2005. Attracting MELT to 3630 Peachtree was the building’s onsite dining options, including the café and recently opened Tomo Japanese Restaurant. In addition, F&B Restaurant, specializing in French and Mediterranean cuisine, is scheduled to open in March 2012. The building’s amenities also include Ritz-Carlton services, a fitness center, adjoining day care, dry cleaning services and MARTA shuttles.
Howard Boyd of Hailey Realty represented MELT in the transaction. Kerry Armstrong of Duke Realty, and Jackie Gauthreaux and Jennifer Koontz of Pope & Land represented the ownership. The office portion of 3630 Peachtree, floors 2 to 17, is a joint-venture development of Duke Realty and Pope & Land Enterprises. Post Properties and Novare Group are the developers of the residential section of the building, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Atlanta, Buckhead, occupying floors 18 to 34.
“The move to 3630 Peachtree offers MELT a high-tech infrastructure, wide-ranging amenities and a prime location on Peachtree Road,” said Kerry Armstrong, senior vice president in Duke Realty’s Atlanta office. “We’re pleased to provide MELT high-quality space that will allow the company to continue its growth.”
MELT will join a 3630 Peachtree tenant roster that includes JWT, Windham Brannan, What Counts, Teavana and AloStar Bank.
“We couldn’t be more excited to roll up our sleeves and get to work in this gorgeous new space,” said Thompson. “We feel that the quality of our work is a product of our surroundings, and our new surroundings truly are world class.”
