Account Director, Experiential Marketing

The MELT team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Account & event leader. This position will lead accounts for Fortune 100 companies across many sports, entertainment and culinary focused properties. This position will lead the entire account/event cycle including conception, planning, implementation, execution and reconciliation of large-scale experiential executions. We are seeking an experienced experiential account lead and creative thinker to help bring brand campaigns to life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead experiential projects for FORTUNE 100 Clients’ marketing initiatives
  • Create, manage and execute integrated marketing strategies through event experiential
  • Manage marketing relationships with major sports, entertainment and media properties
  • Write presentations and communication materials detailing experiential and brand plans
  • Present event/experiential concepts to clients
  • Develop and manage related project deliverables, contracts, budgets, status reports, project timelines and staffing plans
  • Work with Vice President & Group Director on event development, requirements, budget, execution and success metrics for clients
  • Manage and develop talented team of event professionals, as well as third-party partners
  • Analyze marketplace research and consumer trends in the experiential space for incorporation into RFPs
  • Brief Creative Teams on design and concepts for all integrated programs and manage client feedback and approval process
  • Manage all related vendor relationships
  • Work across MELT teams to ensure brand consistency for clients and meet project objectives

  • 8-10+ years of experience in experiential marketing for Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge and experience with consumer products and sports/entertainment industries required
  • Event/Experiential activation experience required
  • Knowledge of digital and social media promotions
  • Past experience in sports and entertainment a plus
  • Agency or brand experiential experience required
  • Bachelors degree in related field required, Master preferred


  • Must be based out of Atlanta
  • No relocation provided
  • Travel 30-40%
  • May include long hours and weekends around key program launches
