Account/Events Executive

 

Overview

The Account/Events Executive will provide day-to-day support for assigned clients and projects by managing cross-functional communication, development and monitoring of budgets and timelines, and production of assets via vendor relationship management. This person will be responsible for setting up the agency for success by focusing on flawless project execution for the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as executional lead and support on various accounts, ensuring top quality work is delivered across programs
  • Create and manage both client and project documents, including estimates, project timelines, status reports, conference reports, and other materials
  • Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls. Responsible for agendas, presentation decks, and follow-up reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing programs and assets
  • Review all agency work prior to submitting to client for review
  • Keep consistent communication with managers to ensure they are informed on all projects
  • Manage communications with clients through executional phase of programs
  • Maintain consistent agency team communications of client requests and changes
  • Become knowledgeable in client and retailer businesses, anticipate potential client challenges and proactively seek solutions
  • Create recaps of programs, inclusive of results, and work with management to develop recommendations on improvements for future work
  • Oversee event footprints and assets including vehicles, routing, and staffing
  • Assist with asset transportation to and from event site

Qualifications

  • 2 – 4 years of account and/or event experience in related field, agency background preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and process orientation
  • Understanding of sports and/or even marketing and leveraging assets for programs
  • Experience working with digital and social media campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with short timelines
  • Ability to travel and work occasional late nights, weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required
