MELT is seeking a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for all things digital. The Senior Digital Strategist should have comprehensive experience in both digital and social marketing campaigns and consumer promotions. This role is tasked with providing insights, thought leadership, and strategy, and the ideal candidate should bring in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, analytics, key influencer seeding and content management.

The Senior Digital Strategist is responsible for ongoing management, continuity, and execution of multiple digital/social media influencer marketing programs, meeting business and brand goals. This person is proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, and collaborative. The Senior Digital Strategist will be a leader on MELT’s growing Digital and Social Media team, cross-functionally driving digital and social plans with all MELT clients for some of the largest organizations and events in the country.



  • Manage digital/social strategy, execution, measurement and optimization of large brand campaigns
  • Manage content calendars and daily community management for MELT social media clients
  • Work across MELT teams to execute social initiatives that are fresh, effective and measurable to client KPIs
  • Play a key role in content planning, management, creation and tracking
  • Develop paid media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; place ad buys, monitor bids and performance analytics
  • Track key metrics in detailed reports for both daily social media functions and specialized campaigns
  • Brief MELT creative and production teams on design and concepts for all interactive programs
  • Implement content management strategies for professional athletes and other celebrities/entertainers to boost fan base and endorsement value
  • Leverage earned media and influencer strategies for clients
  • Provide insights on emerging trends and products
  • Work with a variety of digital and social vendors to help execute campaigns
  • Develop paid media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; place ad buys, monitor bids and performance analytics



  • 6 to 8 years of relevant digital / social media experience. (Agency experience strongly preferred.)
  • MUST have experience in paid social media planning and management
  • Ability to execute large digital and social media campaigns from concept to execution
  • Strong competency and experience in integrated marketing and the role of social media to drive and enhance consumer engagement
  • Deep knowledge of all aspects of the social space: platforms, vendors, measurement, content creation, media, and technology
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, details and relationships at the same time
  • Knowledge and experience with consumer products and sports/entertainment industries required
  • Passionate sports and entertainment fan
