Most meeting producers come from AV. We come from live sports and entertainment, where the room is full of people who did not have to be there and the content has to earn attention every eight minutes.
That changes what a general session looks like. It is paced like a broadcast, the transitions are designed rather than defaulted, and the room itself is treated as the set.
