Erin Levzow is Vice President of Marketing & Digital Technology for Del Taco Restaurants. She graduated from Illinois State with a Bachelors in Theatre. Erin also got her Masters at Cornell University- Johnson Graduate School of Management! She started her career with Caesars Entertainment for 4 years. Since then, she has worked at MGM Resorts as Interactive Marketing Manager, Palms Casino Resort, Wingstop and others!
