Auburn’s legendary venue closed in 2015. MELT helped reimagine and reopen it at The Graduate Hotel in 2024 — concept, partnership and the culinary program behind it. A reopening is a brand problem before it’s a menu problem. The room had to feel like the one people remembered — and work as a business that hadn’t existed for nine years.
