Atlanta, GA. MELT (www.meltatl.com) one of the nation’s leading sports and entertainment marketing firms announced today the hiring of Sara Beth Terry as its new causes and community relations manager.

In her new role within the new causes and community affairs division, Ms. Terry will significantly expand MELT’s role in both local and national community causes including The Wellspring Foundation and Georgia Attorney General, Sam Olens confrontation of the human sex trafficking issue, Showcase Group and their efforts to reduce recidivism among Georgia’s Juvenile Detention Centers; The Arthritis Foundation; The American Diabetes Association; The College Football Hall of Fame and MELT University – MELT’s highly acclaimed intern program; and many others.

Ms. Terry was previously Director of Student Activities and New Student Orientation for Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL where she managed and led the college’s top programming student organization, The Campus Activities Board; oversaw the college’s 40 plus current student organizations along with producing several annual publications and directed the college’s new student orientation program. She received Huntingdon’s Dr. and Mrs. John N. Todd III Award for Outstanding Administrative Service in 2012.

Ms. Terry graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies in 2010. Ms. Terry graduated with a 3.9 GPA; studied abroad on the Joseph S. Bruno Auburn Abroad Program in Italy; Ms. Terry was also a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society; The Kappa Omicron Nu National Honor Society and National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
