ATLANTA, GA – MELT (www.meltatl.com), the award-winning sports, entertainment and culinary marketing firm, announced the appointment of Mark Mayor as Event & Account Executive. Mayor recently relocated to Atlanta from London, UK.
A graduate of Canterbury Christ Church University, Mayor graduated with Honors in Sports & Leisure Management. Mayor has extensive experience in the international soccer and cricket communities including his most recent stint as Referee & Delegate Liaison Officer for The Football Association (FA) Ltd., in London, UK. In his role, Mayor provided support and managed logistical requirements for international level officials and delegates from countries including Germany, France, Sweden and Holland. Prior to that stint, Mayor was the Senior Cricket Administrator for the Essex Country Cricket Club in Chelmford, UK.
In Mayor’s role for MELT, he will work on several new projects in both Olympics and FIFA as MELT continues to expand the scope and footprint of the projects, services and clients beyond traditional and North American sports, entertainment and culinary activities.
