MELT Chairman and CEO Vince Thompson addressed the national conference of Farm Bureau Claims and Legal Executives today at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama. The topic of Thompson’s address was “Millennials are The Disruptive Generation and How to Work with their Disruption.” More than 120 insurance executives from around the country joined Thompson and the conference at the invite of ALFA Insurance executive Bryan Hubbard, who leads the Claims Division for ALFA, based in Montgomery, AL. Thompson and Hubbard have been life-long friends and Thompson was honored to be able to attend and speak. MELT is the Atlanta-based, award-winning, sports, entertainment and culinary marketing firm. It’s that spirit that Thompson formed MELT UNIVERSITY, which is hosting 37 college students from 25 universities across the country for a series of learning and education sessions designed to learn from and understand their consumer behavior and purchase patterns. “Its quite an interesting experiment to learn and observe from this generation,” said Thompson.
