Atlanta, GA – MELT (www.meltatl.com), one of the nation’s leading sports and entertainment firms, announced today the acquisition of Ninja Multimedia of Atlanta, Ga.

Ninja, built and led by its former CEO Drew Pearson will become MELT’s Group Director of Interactive Development. Pearson has built Ninja for years and has been successful in the collegiate recruiting space developing recruiting apps for Blue Chip Athletic Solutions. This includes the development of more than 80 apps for some of the nation’s top universities.

Other members of the team joining MELT are:

  • Davin Gerber as Interactive Art Director. Gerber graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
  • David Powell as Lead Interactive Director. Powell graduated from Kennesaw State University.
  • Kenny Alvarez as Senior Interactive Developer. Alvarez graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich.
  • Nick Black as Interactive Developer. Black graduated from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla.
